Refund Policy

BacklinkBot AI is a done-for-you service that we deliver through manual work and paid third-party listings. Because that work begins as soon as you order, our sales are final — with one fair exception, explained below.
1. All sales are final
Payments for the BacklinkBot done-for-you plans ($99 / $167 / $357, one-time, per project) and any add-on or listing fees are non-refundable once payment is made. When you purchase a plan, you acknowledge that we begin allocating directories, preparing submissions and committing operator time and (where relevant) paid listing fees on your behalf.
2. The one exception — we can't fulfil from our side
We will issue a refund only if we are unable to fulfil your order from our side. This means a situation that is within our control and prevents us from delivering the service you paid for — for example:
- we are unable to begin or complete the submissions for reasons attributable to us;
- we permanently discontinue the service before delivering your order; or
- a duplicate or accidental charge was taken for the same order.
In these cases we will refund the amount paid for the portion of the work we could not deliver.
3. What is not covered
A refund will not be issued where the reason is outside our control, including:
- a directory or listing site rejecting, delaying, removing or changing the requirements for your submission — approval is always at the third party's discretion;
- outcomes such as Domain Rating, domain authority, search rankings, traffic or sign-ups — these depend on factors we do not control and are never guaranteed;
- incomplete, inaccurate or late information from you (e.g. missing product details in the intake);
- a change of mind after the order has been placed.
4. Listing and fast-track fees
Any paid listing fees, featured placements or fast-track fees follow the same rule: they are non-refundable except where we are unable to provide the paid placement from our side. Fees paid to third-party directories on your behalf are non-refundable once paid to that directory.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe your order falls under the exception in Section 2, email amplifyxlabs@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with your order/receipt number and a short description of the issue, within 30 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 5 business days and, where a refund is due, to process it within 14 business days to your original payment method via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
