Guest posting services

Guest posting services, without the paid-post networks

Guest posting still works when the post goes on a relevant site with real readers, one that isn't selling dozens of links a month. Most paid guest posting services sell placements on sites that are, so we don't sell posts at all. Our agent finds the sites worth writing for and drafts your guest post outreach. You write the post.

Is guest posting still a good way to get backlinks?

Yes, on the right site. The r/SEO thread asking exactly this question reaches the same answer from several directions. u/sian-keating: "Guest posting can work if you're posting on relevant sites with high authority, but it's not a guarantee of success." u/curious_walnut gave the test: "you have to go and check their backlink profile to make sure they aren't selling 50 links a month."

Most guest posting services fail that test. A paid guest post service sells access to sites that have already agreed to publish for a fee, and a site that publishes for anyone who pays has the least valuable links. Buyers on Reddit name marketplaces and services such as Promopilot, FatJoe, Loganix, Editorial.Link and The HOTH, with prices starting around $30 a post at the cheap end. A commenter in r/localseo warned that Google has been hammering guest posting networks since 2023. Our guest post pricing page breaks down what placements cost and why.

We handle the part of guest posting that doesn't involve paying for the post. The agent reads the pages ranking for your keywords and the roundups in your topic, and shortlists the sites that fit. It finds who to write to, trying editor and contributor inboxes before general ones, drafts a pitch for a post that would fit that site, and sends it from your inbox once you approve it. It follows up twice, then stops. When your post goes live, it checks that the link is on the page and keeps checking every week.

You or your team write the post. We don't write guest posts, and we don't place paid ones. If you'd like links without writing anything, our team does directory submission by hand from a one-time $99.

What you get

How it actually works.

Sites in your topic, not a vendor's list

The agent starts from the pages ranking for your keywords, so every site it suggests already reaches the people you sell to.

A pitch about their site

Each draft names the site, the gap a post could fill and why you're the person to write it. You read and edit it before it goes out.

Guest post outreach from your inbox

Pitches go out from your connected inbox, so the editor replies to you and the relationship stays yours.

Two follow-ups, then it stops

Editors are busy, so silence isn't a no. The agent sends one nudge and one last follow-up, then closes the thread.

The link gets checked

When the post is published, the agent confirms the link is on the live page and re-checks it weekly.

Why we won't sell you a paid guest post

Google's spam policies list large-scale guest posting campaigns with keyword-rich links, and links bought in posts, as link schemes. A paid post is supposed to carry a sponsored or nofollow tag. Once it does, it passes no ranking credit, which is what you were paying for. A guest post the editor chose to publish has neither problem.

Objections

The things you're already thinking.

What do guest posting services cost?

By one Reddit buyer's account, paid placements start around $30 a post on cheap marketplaces and run into the hundreds for sites with real traffic. Our guest post pricing page goes through the ranges. The agent is $99 a month with no per-post charge, because it doesn't sell posts.

Are paid guest posts against Google's rules?

Paying for a post that passes ranking credit is a link scheme under Google's spam policies. Paid posts are meant to carry a sponsored or nofollow tag. A guest post an editor accepted on its merits is fine.

What is guest post outreach?

Finding sites that might publish you, pitching a topic that fits them, and following up until you get an answer. The agent shortlists the sites, drafts the pitches and sends the follow-ups; you decide which sites to pitch.

What's the best guest post service?

The one that shows you the site before you pay and can prove it gets real search traffic. If a service won't name the site, or the site's recent posts are mostly paid pieces from unrelated industries, walk away.

Do you write the guest posts?

No. You or your team write them. You approve every pitch before it goes out, so you only commit to posts you want to write.

What does the agent cost, and what do I get?

The agent working on your site every day: it finds opportunities, scores them with the reasons attached, finds contacts, and drafts the pitches. Starter is $49 a month ($19 for the first month on a new account) with 1 site, 1,500 credits and 1 sending inbox. Pro is $99 a month with 3 sites, 4,000 credits and 3 sending inboxes. Growth is $199 a month with 10 sites, 10,000 credits and 10 sending inboxes. Every plan gets the whole agent, and you read every draft before anything sends. From the founder

I built this because I was doing it by hand for my own products, and the tedious part was never the writing. It was finding the twenty pages worth writing to, then remembering which ones I'd already asked.

So the agent does the finding and the remembering, and leaves you the part a human is still better at: deciding whether the pitch is any good. If it ever stops doing that well, tell me — the address below is mine and I read it.
