What our citation building service covers

We do the submission part: listing your business on business directories and local directory sites with one consistent set of details. A person fills each form, chooses the category from that directory's list and writes the description to its limits.

We don't manage your Google Business Profile. We don't run citation audits or citation cleanup services, and we don't promise local rankings. Map rankings depend on things a directory listing can't change, such as your distance from the searcher and your reviews.

Local business directory submission: consistency matters most

Send your details exactly as you want them to appear: the business name you trade under, your website, a contact email, a short description, a long description, your logo and your categories. If you want a physical address listed, give it in one format and we'll use that format everywhere. If you'd rather not list one, tell us and we'll skip the directories that require it.

Citations work when they agree with each other. Use one form of your business name, one website address and the same contact details everywhere. A listing with an old address or a different name format is harder to match to your business.

We collect your details once in the intake form and use them on every listing, so our local directory submission service produces one consistent profile instead of many versions of it.
